With your medical insurance coverage, you will be provided with a service number with an English speaking doctor. There is also a physician monitoring service available if it is needed. This means that a physician that is qualified from the United States will watch over the treatment that is being provided to you locally over the telephone.
It is important to remember that in just about all cases you will have to pay up front for any medical treatment that you may receive. You of course will be reimbursed by your insurance provider after a claim has been issued.
It is important to check with your health insurance provider to see if you are already covered. Sometimes health insurance will cover you regardless of your location. Be sure to read the fine print with any type of insurance that you have.
